Homeowner's insurance is designed to protect your home against damages to the house itself, or to your possessions as well.

Homeowner's insurance also provides liability coverage against accidents in your home or on the property. It would cover you when you are legally liable for someone else's bodily injury or property damage resulting from an accident, negligent acts by you or your household members. This protection is for on or off your premises.

As an agency, we hear many different types of questions about Homeowner's Insurance. One of the most common questions is if you are covered if your dog bites someone. Dog bites are included with your basic liability coverage. However keep in mind that dogs that have a history of bites are considered "vicious" and may be excluded from coverage.

What is an umbrella policy? Umbrella insurance adds additional liability coverage in addition to what you already have with your home and auto policy. It provides an extra layer of protection. Typically you have to have certain liability limits on your auto and home policy to qualify.

Do I need flood insurance?  Basic homeowners policies do not cover damage by floods. You can purchase flood insurance whether you live in a flood zone or not. If it rains, it can flood. You can give us a call and we can give you a quote for a flood policy.

Why My Agency?

My name is John Wallace and I am proud to be your local Farmers agent. In 2004, I started my new insurance agency, John Wallace Insurance Agency offering Auto, Home, Life¹,  and Business Insurance to my clients in Arizona. Since then, I’ve been busy building my agency and giving back to the community. I am part of the local chamber of commerce as a member and ambassador. I am also active within the US Air Force Reserves in a Combat Rescue and Recovery group. (For those that saw the movie Lone Survivor which was based on a true story, it was my unit and one of our pilots and helicopters that did the real rescue recovery).

I am a family man and understand your desire to provide for and to protect your family. I enjoy spending time and having fun with my four children: Kameron, Kelsie, Jedidiah, and Raeli. My passions include Volleyball, scuba diving, traveling, the beach, golfing, investing and hiking. I am active with the youth as a Volleyball Official for National Federation of High School Volleyball and USA Volleyball as a certified official.

I’m very friendly and confident, and have a positive attitude that comes from the enjoyment I receive by helping people find security and peace of mind.
